Natasha Nissar is the Managing Director and part of the founding team at SHACK15, where she has helped shape a global community of entrepreneurs and investors. She has served as Chief of Staff to Jorn Lyseggen since 2012 and brings extensive business development experience across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and other international markets.

Natasha is passionate about supporting the next generation of global software entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on bridging Silicon Valley and Africa. As a Board Member of MEST Africa, based in Ghana, she has contributed to building a portfolio of over 40 startups across the continent in sectors such as eCommerce, fintech, agritech, and SaaS.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a double minor in Spanish and Women & Gender Studies from the University of Toronto, a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Outside of work, Natasha is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys sound baths and wellness practices that promote inner balance.
